9. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from www.tifili.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we've dispatched that product to you. Any products on the same order which we have not been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
In addition to your 30-day return guarantee, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:

We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
Our Clothing Returns Policy
You can return unwashed and unworn Products bought in the UK on this Website by mail with your original invoice and return number within 14 days of your order date. Defective items can be returned at any time within 30 days.
Certain Products are available exclusively online through the Website. These Products may be subject to different return or exchange policies, which shall be indicated where applicable.
Except if exercising your right to cancel, shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are not refundable when you use our returns by mail process.
All swimwear and jewelry must have any hygiene seals intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Pricing and availability

You and www.tifili.com will only be liable under these Terms for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.
All electrical products are covered by a twelve month manufacturer's warranty. If your product develops a fault while under warranty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you where to send it for repair. It is a "return to base" warranty therefore there will be a delivery charge to return the product back to the UK service centre.

Any orders that are cancelled will be refunded within 24 hours as long as the item has not already been shipped to the customer. If an item has already been shipped then the customer must return the item for the refund.

Our 30-day returns guarantee
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item within 1-3 days.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect (however, see below to find out what to do if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item).
In your require www.tifili.com to send a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the damaged, defective or wrong item to www.tifili.com within 7 days. You must return the item via Recorded delivery. www.tifili.com will not refund for goods returned and lost if the returned item is sent back without Recorded delivery or for costs beyond Second Class Recorded Delivery.
www.tifili.com will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. You will be liable for any costs to ship the item back to you. If you do not pay the return shipping costs within 30 days, the goods will be deemed to be unwanted by you, and will be destroyed.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To qualify for this, the item must be returned unused, unopened, with no broken seals or packaging, and in it's original state.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item to you as follows:
Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge that you incurred.
Where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item charges but not the per-delivery charge that you incurred.
Items returned under the 30-day or 14-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of an www.tifili.com package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. You must contact us within 48 hours to tell us of the damaged item.
If the item is defective
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information and original packaging that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault.
If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered you must advise at time of contacting us.
2. Returns Procedure
At www.tifili.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition with original packaging within 30 days of the date you received the item
If you want to return an item please contact us detailing Invoice Number, Purchase Date, Product Details and Reason for Return.
All returns will require an Authorisation Number. You will be required to complete a Returns Document that will need to be returned with the item. We will send you a Returns Document once we have authorised the return.
Once you have received your Authorisation Number and completed the Returns Document, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us at the address provided so that we receive it within five working days of the day after the authorisation number was provided to you.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
DO NOT SEND PRODUCTS BACK UNLESS YOU HAVE A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER AND RETURNS ADDRESS AS THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service (we cannot be liable for non-returned goods and will not refund any amount unless the item is signed for by our returns department at the above address). We also recommend you use the original packaging otherwise you will be liable for goods damaged in transit.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive the item back and it has been checked, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Please note that we are unable to provide technical support for any PC game we supply. Please ensure that the game will run on your computer before ordering as we cannot be responsible for any incompatibilities with your PC/IT system. Should you open and/or break the seal on any game, you will be unable to return it for a refund or exchange.
